Beef and Vegetable lasagne

Ingredients:
Bolognaise Sauce
500g extra-lean beef mince
3 cloves garlic - minced
1 large zucchini (courgette) - grated
2 cups baby spinach
500g low-carb pasta sauce
4 scoops Tric Unflavoured collagen powder
White Sauce
100g Carbonara sauce (ready-made)
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Other
6 low-carb wraps
1 cup spinach
2 cups low-fat tasty cheese (e.g. Noble)
Directions:
Brown beef mince on medium heat, add garlic, zucchini and baby spinach. Simmer for 5 min on low heat. Add pasta sauce and unflavoured collagen protein powder. Simmer for further 5 min.
Blend together white sauce ingredients.
Assemble in lasagne dish as follows:
base layer of mince and vegetable (bolognaise) mix
layer of white sauce
fresh spinach leaves
layer of low carb wraps
Add second layer of bolognaise, then white sauce, finishing with grated cheese on top.
Place in oven and cook for 30-40 min on 180 degrees.
